Returns and Exchanges
Just return it by mail within 7 days from the date received or in store within 7 days from the date received. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded*.
PLEASE NOTE: No returns or exchanges are accepted for ITEMS ON SALE, SHOES, APOTHECARY, ACCESSORIES , GIFTING AND ANY DISCOUNTED ITEMS. These items are FINAL SALES.
Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs. Also, returns mailed back outside of the 7 days return/exchange policy will also be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
All returns must have an approval code. Returns will NOT be accepted without a valid approval code number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
If an ineligible return is sent back to us, your card will be charged for additional shipping to ship this back to you.

All orders outside of the states must be returned by mail. If your order was purchased with a store credit from an exchange, and you want to exchange that item another store credit will be issued. For more questions and answers, please e-mail us, at email@example.com

Gift cards are non-refundable.
Please select the "Reason Code for Exchange" from the list at the bottom left of your packing slip and write the number in the "Exchange Code" column next to each item. If you no longer have your packing slip, you may print a copy of your invoice from My Account on shopnoticemag.com. The shipping carrier you use to return merchandise (UPS, FedEx, etc.) is up to you, but we strongly suggest choosing a method that provides tracking as shop notice magazine is not responsible for lost return packages.
To make an exchange, please return items and place a new order.
How do I make an exchange for different size?
Return the item(s) you would like to exchange. When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a notification. To make exchanges fast and easy, please mail back your items within 7 days from item received/or requested.
Create a new order for the new item you would like to receive in exchange by ordering the item thru the site again with the store credit that is issued to you from your previous return.
Once you have completed payment for your new item, your order will then be shipped. .

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your item is processed. Shop Notice is not responsible for missing, damaged, or lost packages in transit.
Upon receipt of eligible returns, a customer will be issued a Web (Store) Credit minus the shipping costs. The Web Credit may then be used to purchase products on shopnoticemag.com only. We apologize but web credits cannot be redeemed at store locations.
Please note store credit values are not redeemable towards shipping and tax fees at time of checkout. Shipping/Tax fees will be assessed on completion of your new exchange order.
If the item you are ordering is less than your store credit. The system will show your store credit value as the same amount as the item you are ordering (excluding the shipping and tax amounts). The remaining balance is then given a new discount code. Which we would have to e-mail to you after the purchase is complete.Damages:
